My American Candy friend, Kaili Y. Turner is creating a truly unique web series called Fk’Up & Fabulous.

In terms of television style, it’s like a Sex and the City meets Chewing Gum. It takes the audience on a journey of 5 women of color: Love, Koral, Julia, Yaya, and Alana trying to live their best life in Brooklyn, New York.

I play Julia’s husband but I’m also involved with photography, consulting and as assistant director.

Having a space to perform and get noticed in NYC is tough so sometimes you just have to create your own content to make it happen. But we can’t do it alone, we need all the support we can get!
